The accused of attempting to kill his brother in Bulaq Al -Dakrur reveals the details of the crime

The accused confessed to shooting his brother in Bulaq Al -Dakrur, of the validity of the accusation attributed to him, due to differences about the inheritance, and the accused stated that a verbal altercation broke out between them, developed into a quarrel that led him to shoot him by a firearm.

The accused added, during his confessions in front of the detectives after his arrest, that his brother was injured by a cartridge spray across his body, and instructed the weapon used to commit the crime, and he also revealed the identity of a person from which he obtained the weapon.

The detectives listened to the statements of the victim, who accused his brother of committing the crime, so the necessary legal measures were taken towards him, and the competent prosecution began the investigation.

A communiqué was received by the Giza Security Directorate, stating that a worker was transferred to the hospital with a cartridge spray in Bulaq Dakrur, and investigations of the detectives revealed that a fight broke out between the victim and his brother, due to the differences related to inheritance, which prompted the latter to shoot him using a cartridge.

The detectives arrested the accused, and in his confrontation, he confessed to committing the incident, so the necessary legal measures were taken, so that the competent prosecutor would undertake the investigation.
