Abu Jazar announces the list of Palestine team: prominent stars to confront Jordan and Iraq

The technical staff of the Palestine football team revealed the list called for the matches of Jordan and Iraq, on March 20 and 25, within the Asian qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup finals that will be held in the United States of America, Canada and Mexico.

According to a video clip published by the Palestinian Federation through its pages on social media platforms on Thursday evening, the coach, Ihab Abu Jazar (44 years old), summoned in his first mission with “Al -Fedayi”, 26 players, and came in the goalkeeper: Rami Hamada, Tawfiq Ali and Mahdi Assi, and was chosen for the defense: Musab Al -Batat, Musa Firaoui, Muhammad Saleh, Milad Termanini, Yasser Hamad, Dean Wajdi Nabhan. In the midfield: Ata Jaber, Muhammad Bassem, the Dean of Safaita, Hamed Hamdan, Uday Kharoub, Mahmoud Abu Warda, Badr Musa, Adam Al -Kayed and Tamer Siyam, while the attack came: Uday Al -Dabbagh, Wissam Abu Ali, Zaid Al -Qanbar, Khaled Al -Nabrais, Asad Al -Hamlawi and Mahmoud Eid.

The “Al -Fedayi” battalion continues the training camp in the Qatari capital, Doha, which started the day before yesterday, Tuesday, and will continue until the seventeenth of this month, with the participation of the players who have completed their obligations with their clubs, provided that the rest of the players will join in succession immediately after the end of their links, before the start of the next international stopping period. Palestine is the last position in its group in the Asian qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup with three points, while the South Korea team leads the standings with 14 points, and the Iraq team comes second with 11 points, compared to nine points for Jordan, West for Oman, and four for Kuwait.
