SANA: The failure of an attack by the Assad remnants on a military barracks in Lattakia countryside

The Syrian news agency “SANA” reported today, Thursday, that a military barracks in Lattakia countryside were subjected to an armed attack.
SANA quoted a source in the Syrian Defense Ministry as saying: “A group of the remnants of the defunct regime tried to attack the gate of a military barrack in Lattakia countryside.”
The source added: “After clashes, the barracks were able to thwart their attack and arrest 4 of them.”
On Wednesday, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights revealed the death of 1383 civilians, as a result of the violence in the Sahel region, western Syria.
He stated that “at least 1,383 civilians were killed, the majority of whom are Alawites, as a result of the violence in the Sahel region in western Syria, as of March 6.”
