The Public Prosecutor decides: “Al -Shabu” is one of the major crimes that are arresting

“Okaz” learned that the Attorney General Sheikh Saud Al -Mujab issued a decision that all criminal descriptions related to methamphetamine (Al -Shabu) are among the major crimes that are arrested.

The decision seen by “Okaz” stated that the Public Prosecutor based on the powers authorized to him under Article 112 of the amended criminal procedures system stipulating that the Public Prosecutor – after agreement with the Ministry of Interior and the Presidency of the State Security – be determined – what is considered one of the major crimes that are for arrest, the decision was issued to add a paragraph that classifies the material of “Al -Shabu” with all criminal descriptions of arresting crimes.
