The signing of the agreement between the new Syrian administration and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) represented a strategic step, which came in its timing, as Syria was in urgent need to get out of the bloody events that took place in the areas of the Syrian coast, by the remnants of the regime of Bashar al -Assad, targeting the Public Security Forces.

There is no doubt that the Syrian administration succeeded in extinguishing sedition; Which targeted the hitting of national unity between the Syrian people by seeking to separate the Sahel region, and then the agreement between President Ahmed Al -Shara and the Commander of the Syrian Democratic Forces came, to strike separatist projects in death.

Consequently, the importance of the agreement lies in that it constitutes a blow to those forces that sought to divide Syria, in addition to that it constitutes an entrance to end the state of estrangement between the Syrian island regions, and the rest of the areas that extend to more than a decade.

Perhaps the most prominent and most important thing is that the agreement revealed that the Syrian street of various spectrums and components is eager to unify the land and achieve stability, after the overthrow of Bashar al -Assad’s regime.

The agreement is also a historical step for the Syrian Kurds politically and socially, as it opened the way for the Syrians to build new Syria, unified Syria, and it has started the doors to a new stage in which the state regains its control of natural resources in the eastern Euphrates regions, and reintegrating it into the national economy, as well as restoring the confidence of the Syrians, which is the most important.
