Soybean planting in the 2024/25 harvest in Mato Grosso reached 100% of the planned area and was completed, according to data from the Mato-Grossense Institute of Agricultural Economics (Imea), with updates until November 29.
Compared to the previous week, when soybean planting was 99.85%, there was a small improvement, reflecting the accelerated pace of work in the field and good adaptation to climatic conditions. In the same period of 2023, the planting percentage was 99.57%, showing the constant progress of the 2024/25 harvest in the state.
In the week of November 22, Imea registered 99.85% of the planted area, an increase compared to 98.98% the previous week. Compared to last year, which presented 98.39% on the same date, the current harvest continues at a good pace of execution.
