The journalist and presenter of GloboNews, Marcelo Cosme, celebrated this Friday (29) his union with the cardiologist Frankel Brandão. After five years of relationship, the couple made their union official in a civil registry in Rio de Janeiro, surrounded by family and close friends.
Beloved names attended the occasion, such as godmothers Leilane Neubarth and Luiza Zveiter, journalists from GloboNews, as well as Doña Déa Lúcia, mother of the late actor and comedian Paulo Gustavo. Marcelo shared the moment with his followers on Instagram, publishing emotional videos and records of the civil wedding.
“We are husbands, accomplices, friends and each other for the rest of our lives,” declared Marcelo in one of the posts that highlighted the love and companionship between the two.

The wedding comes just days after the couple celebrated five years together. Last week, Cosme had already shared photographs celebrating the special date, with the message: “And suddenly, 5 years together! In a few photos, several moments… Love, love, friends, lovers, amen, axé!”
Although the relationship began years ago, Marcelo only made their relationship public in 2021, when he responded to a follower on Instagram when they asked him about his love life.
