Lula and Yamandu Orsi discuss Mercosur and the European Union
brasilia –The Brazilian president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva received this Friday, November 29, the elected president of Uruguay, Yamandu Orsito address bilateral relations between countries and the prospects for Mercosur Summitwhich will take place on December 5 and 6 in Montevideo.
