C&A Brazil opens more than 5 thousand temporary vacancies for Black Friday and New Year’s Eve

C&A Brazil has more than 5,000 temporary vacancies open to reinforce operations in its 330 stores throughout the country, in preparation for Black Friday and the Christmas and New Year festive period, key moments for retail trade. The hires are part of the company’s strategy to guarantee a personalized and agile shopping experience for customers.

“Hiring temporary workers during this period is essential to ensure smooth operations and offer an unforgettable shopping experience for our customer, especially with the increasing demand in fashion retail at the end of the year with consumers looking for new items, gifts and looks for the holidays. Running an event of this size requires planning, a lot of preparation and the integrated work of multiple teams, from sales to marketing, IT and logistics. Applicants must be over 18 years of age and have completed or ongoing secondary education.
