Zellinski: Russian bombing affects civilian facilities in Ukraine and wounds a hospital

Ukrainian President Folodimir Zellinski accused his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, of “practically rejected” an American proposal of a full ceasefire after he affected Russian missile strikes, Ukrainian civilian facilities, including a hospital.

“Unfortunately, strikes occurred, specifically on civilian facilities,” Zelinski said on the X platform.
