Fasting must have an effect on the fasting person; It is not logical for a person to hold food and drink throughout the day, then unleash himself after breakfast to draw from what was delicious and liked as if he had fasted and did not benefit from his fasting, in addition to that this behavior has a bad return to health; It exhausts the stomach, weighs it and is surprised by what it has no energy after a period of calm, comfort and moderation, and this is inconsistent with the wisdom of fasting from mitigating and reducing food and drink as much as energy.
