West Najran General Hospital implemented the “Deaf Health” campaign by providing a bouquet of free medical examinations in the historic Palace of the Emirate, without the need for a prior date.
The campaign received a wide demand from visitors wishing to check on their health during the holy month of Ramadan, where the beneficiaries can conduct 8 basic laboratory tests, and obtain their results within 24 hours through the application of “My Health”.
Dr. Mohamed Ghayath told Al -Watan that the “Deaf Health” campaign launched by the Holding Holding witnessed a growing demand from citizens and residents, during the holy month of Ramadan, where visitors benefited from the opportunity to conduct free medical examinations that include measuring sugar levels, fats and cholesterol, blood pressure, vitamin D, liver function, uric acid, and thyroid gland, and aims to this health initiative to this health initiative Enhancing awareness of the importance of healthy fasting and monitoring the vital indicators of the body during the holy month, which contributes to reducing health complications and ensuring a balanced lifestyle.
He added that the “Deaf Health” campaign comes within the national efforts to promote public health and provide easy medical services for all members of society, with a focus on the importance of walking 8 thousand steps per day and getting 8 hours of sleep to maintain perfect health during the holy month.
