The Ministry of Integration, Social Security and Spanish Immigration reported that more than 350 thousand and 433 Moroccans are registered in social security in Spain, until the end of February.
According to the Ministry’s data published today, Monday, Moroccans remain in the forefront of the ranking of foreign workers from outside the European Union who contribute to social security in Spain, followed by the Romans with 335 thousand and 223, the Colombians with 220 thousand and 30, and the Italians with 192 thousand and 544, and the Venezuelan with 178 thousand and 187.
The total number of foreigners involved in Spanish social security amounted to two million and 874 thousand and 398 during the month of February, recording a rise of 1.1 percent compared to January, an increase of more than 31,369 people.
Among the total foreign workers who contribute to Spanish social security, about one million and 975 thousand and 868 people from countries outside the European Union (68.8 %), while 898 thousand and 529 countries of the bloc (31.2 %).

In terms of amended, the number of foreigners affiliated with the social security system in February increased by 15,804 people compared to the previous month; The total number is to two million, 971 and 811 people, an increase of 7.6 percent over last year, which is a new historical record.
The ministry said that, since 2022, the regime succeeded in integrating 604 thousand and 592 foreign workers, an increase of 26.6 percent, noting that 44.1 percent of the jobs that were created during the past three years in the country are related to foreign workers.
