Article 306 of the Penal Code states that every insult that does not include a specific incident, but rather includes in any way a scratch of honor or consideration shall be punishable in cases shown in Article 171 with a fine of no less than two thousand pounds and not more than ten thousand pounds.
In Article 306 bis
(A): Anyone who is subjected to others in a public or private place, or is imprisoned, shall be punished with imprisonment for a period of no less than two years and not exceeding four years.
The penalty shall be imprisonment for a period of no less than three years and not exceeding five years and a fine of no less than two hundred thousand pounds and not more than three hundred thousand pounds or one of these two penalties if the act is repeated from the perpetrator through prosecution and tracking of the victim.
In the case of oud, the penalties of imprisonment and fine in their minimum and maximum are doubled.
On Article 171 of the same law, it states that everyone or more incitement to commit a felony or misdemeanor by saying or crying publicly or publicly or by doing or gesture was issued from it publicly or by writing, drawings, pictures, sunny images, symbols, or any other method of acting, making it public or by any other means actually.
