A number of the people of Uhud Rufaida Governorate complained that previous demands were not fulfilled to provide optical fiber service, which is still a dream that they have due to the quality and great ability to carry information and browse the net quickly. They told “Okaz”: large parts in the governorate and their administrative centers complain of the weakness of the “internet”, despite the urgent need for them. Ali Mubarak, Abdullah Al -Hamidi and Mushabab said: “We demanded the service of optical fiber years ago, as the use of the internet has become a necessity of daily life, and our reality today in many sites in the province is not in line with the era of speed and fast service, as frustration prevails due to the weakness of the network and the concerned authority did not fulfill our demands to provide them in a distinctive way.”
They added, that large parts in the governorate are still awaiting them and waiting for us, so serving the internet here is slow, especially the southern and eastern parts of the governorate, and we still hope that the competent authorities will move by addressing this until we congratulate a connection without cutting.
