The administrative prosecution investigation reveals: a secondary school director in the lake is responsible for hitting two students

The Administrative Prosecution of Itay Al -Baroud, headed by Counselor Khairi Qarqar – Director of the Prosecution – began its investigations into the incident of the assault of a technical secondary school in Beheira Governorate, during the school day hours.

Professor/ Khaled Shebl – the prosecutor – stated that the statements of the head of the Legal Affairs Department in the relevant educational administration, the first mentor of social education in the administration, and the school’s social worker, were heard, in addition to a number of teachers, administrators and students of the school who witnessed the incident.

The prosecution decided to summon each of the: Director of the Internal Review and Governance Department at the Directorate of Education in the lake, the two assaulting students, and the principal of the school, while the investigations are being completed.

This was stated by a spokesman for the Administrative Prosecution, Counselor Mohamed Samir.
