Sari stressed in a statement that the group “will not hesitate to target all American war pieces in the Red and Arab Bahrain in response to the aggression on our country, and continues to impose a maritime blockade on the Israeli enemy and impose a ban on its ships in the advertised operations area until the introduction of the basic aid and needs into the Gaza Strip.”
On the other hand, US Defense Minister Beit Higseth confirmed that Washington will continue its campaign unabated until the Houthis stood up to their military actions, saying: “We do not care about what is happening in the Yemeni civil war, but rather by stopping targeting a vital waterway.” Higseth stressed, according to Reuters news agency, that Iran “has been helping the Houthis very long ago, and it is better to back down,” noting that the strikes against the Houthis will continue until the shooting of ships and marine assets.
Since Saturday evening, American warplanes have continued their violent raids on Yemeni cities and locations, which led to the fall of dozens of victims, including women and children, the destruction of residential buildings and the power outages in some areas, while Washington announced that it had informed some allies regarding US military operations in Yemen, after US President Donald Trump decided to take this step during a series of high -level meetings in the White House this week with Senior national security assistants.
And the White House announced today, Sunday, that the American strikes on Yemen last night killed “many” of the main Houthi leaders, pointing to a warning to Iran that the Houthis should stop supporting and attacks on ships in the Red Sea. National Security Adviser Michael Waltz said in a statement to ABC News that the air strikes “targeted and killed many Houthi leaders.” He said in another statement he made to Fox News: “We hit them overwhelmingly, and Iran warned that we were overwhelmed.”
