
The embezzlement is a crime in which a person transmits something specific from possession of his owner to his possession without the satisfaction of the owner with the suspicion of ownership and that the money is public.
The Penal Code determined the employee’s penalty for the year of the embezzler because of his job, and Article 112 stipulated that: “Every public employee embezzled money or papers or others found in his possession because of his job is punished with a strict imprisonment, so that the punishment is life imprisonment in the following cases:
A) If the perpetrator is one of the officers of the collection, or the delegates, or the trustees of the deposits or the reputation, and the money is given to him in this capacity.
B) If the crime of embezzlement is associated with the crime of forgery or the use of a counterfeit editor, an irreplaceable retail.
A) If the crime is committed in a time of war and it results in damage to the country’s economic position or its national interest.
While Article 113 stipulates that: every public employee has unlawfully seized money, papers, or others to one of the parties indicated in Article 119, or it is easy for others in any way that was punished with strict or imprisonment, and the penalty is life imprisonment or strict imprisonment if the crime is associated with the crime of forgery or the use of a false editor in connection that does not accept retail or if the crime was committed in a war time and the result of the country’s economic center Nationalism, and the penalty shall be imprisonment and a fine that does not exceed five hundred pounds or one of these two penalties if the act occurs is not accompanied by the structure of ownership.
The penalties stipulated in the previous paragraphs, according to the circumstances, shall be punished with the previous paragraphs, according to the case.
Article 113 bis states that: “Every chairman or member of the board of directors of the joint -stock companies or a manager or worker in it embezzled money or papers or others found in his possession because of his job or seized unlawfully on it or facilitated this to others in any way that was punished with imprisonment for a period not exceeding five years.”
The penalty shall be imprisonment for a period not exceeding two years, and the fine does not exceed two hundred pounds or one of these two penalties if the seizure act occurs, not accompanied by the intention of ownership.
