
US Defense Minister Beit Higseth vowed today (Saturday) to restore freedom of navigation in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden, stressing that his country will not tolerate the Houthi attacks.
“Good luck to our warriors, we will not tolerate the Houthi attacks on American ships and aircraft and our forces,” he wrote on his account in X, explaining that the Houthis and those who support them know this and America will restore freedom of navigation.
He pointed out that during the era of President Donald Trump will never retreat. This came at a time when the US Central Command published a video clip of the military operation against the Houthis in Yemen, which started today.
