
Moroccan director Saeed Azar is running the Ramadan race from the window of the Berber -speaking business, as it offers the audience a new comedy series titled “Me and Baba”, which was shown through the eighth channel “Tamazight”.
Director Saeed Azar was accompanied by work on this work, the writer Hussein Agbalu, who took over his scenario with a special artistic flavor, and a style in the narration that reflects the family conflict and funny situations, in a dramatic form that reflects the interactions of daily life.
The scriptwriter Al -Hussein Agbalu also chose to attend as an actor, as he embodies the personality of the son “Sivao”, the balanced young man who lives in a permanent conflict with the actions of his father, “Haddou”, who rejects the idea of admitting his age. Sivau is trying to coexist with his father’s reckless behavior, to find himself in funny and confusing situations, in a mold that collects comedy with drama.
The personality of Father “Haddou”, actor Nasser Al -Madgari, is a person who represents, according to the work makers, the man who lives with a passion that is indifferent to the age of the age, adhering to the idea of his imaginary youth, as it is preferable to call him in the name of “Louay” instead of his original name, in an attempt to confirm the permanent youth; With the sequence of events, he will cooperate with the personality of “Dislie”, the architect who knows everything about the population, and embodies the actor Youssef or the student, so they are gathered by funny machines that enhance the comic theme of the series.
In addition to these characters, the artist Hasna Olmish presents the role of “Zahra”, a girl who carries special feelings towards “Sivao”, but she finds herself in a complex situation because of his refusal to feel her constantly with his father in family intrigues.
The Moroccan director chose to shoot the scenes of the series in the city of Ifrane, taking advantage of its picturesque nature and its various atmosphere, in order to add an optical character outside the stereotype. The dialogues were also distinguished by the sound Amazigh dialect that blended between the dialect of the “Asamer” area and the touches of the dialect of the “Ait Hadido” area.
The Amazigh -speaking productions were able to record the rest of the productions during Ramadan 2025 through a diversity in the works that combined the drama and the comedy, in turn, in turn.
