
The percentage of filling in the major dams with the influence of the Aquatic Agency, Souss -Massa, until Friday, March 14, was 17.3 percent, according to the agency, as part of a bulletin about the dams position in the region.
The agency stated that the current stock of the dams of the entity amounted to 128,064 million cubic meters out of 740,774 million cubic meters, noting that the recent rainfall contributed to a slight increase in the percentage of dams at the pelvic level.
The same authority explained that the percentage of the filling of the Youssef Bin Tashfin Dam amounted to 11.8 percent, or 35,166 million cubic meters of the total capacity of 298,200 million cubic meters, while the stock of the Abdel Moumen Dam reached 6,643 million cubic meters out of a total of 198,400 million cubic meters, with a filling of 3.3 percent.
Regarding the stock of the Oluz Dam, it was 37,101 million cubic meters of a total capacity of 89 million cubic meters, with a filling of 41.7 percent, while the stock of the Amy Al -Khanaka Dam reached 1,626 million cubic meters out of 9,755 million cubic meters, with a filling of 16.7 percent.
As for Prince Moulay Abdullah Dam, he recorded a filling rate of 43.7 percent, with a stock of 39,580 million cubic meters out of a total of 90,600 million cubic meters.
In addition, the current volume of the Sousses Dam is 0.619 million cubic meters, from a total capacity of 4,659 million cubic meters, or a filling of 13.3 percent.
Until Friday, the filling rate of the Sidi Abdullah Dam reached 70.7 percent, as the current stock reached 7,320 million cubic meters out of its original size of 10,370 million cubic meters. As for the income bridge, its current store reached 0.195 million cubic meters out of its total store of 0.200 million cubic meters, with a filling of 97.5 percent.
