Israeli media: “Hamas” is committed to the release of the remaining hostages in the framework of the second stage

Israeli Channel 12 quoted American sources as saying that Hamas “committed to the release of the remaining hostages within the framework of the second stage.
These sources added that “the release of hostages holding American citizenship was completely coordinated with the American envoy and Witakouf.”
The channel said that this step “was made in full coordination with the American envoy Steve Witkev and the matter is not an option between two proposals, but rather is part of a comprehensive step that expresses the administration’s commitment to the release of all detainees.”
In this regard, the White House announced that President Donald Trump and his team are working hard to end the conflict in the Middle East and ensure the return of all “hostages”.
A comprehensive agreement?
For its part, the Wall Street Journal quoted Arab brokers as saying that “Israeli negotiators rejected the idea of negotiating a comprehensive agreement that may end the war.”
They said: “The two parties discussed different ways to release some of the hostages in exchange for the extension of the ceasefire.”
The Israeli Channel 12 quoted sources as saying that “the negotiating team will return tonight from the Qatari capital, Doha.”
She added: “The Israeli negotiating delegation has not achieved a breakthrough, but the negotiations will continue later … Decisions will be taken on the next steps for negotiations within days.”
She stated that Netanyahu is meeting tomorrow evening with senior security and political leaders to discuss the future of negotiations.
