On the same level, a professor of crime science and anti -terrorism, a security advisor at Al -Qassim University, Dr. Youssef Al -Rumaih, sees the importance of an administration that studies new crimes; Which needs an applied scientific study in society, as many practices today are new crimes, for example, human trafficking crimes, social media crimes such as blackmail and defamation, computers and mobile phones. The new security science requires the existence of studies that are compatible with these new security concepts and the created crimes.

She explained that one of the tasks of the General Administration of Community Security is to combat and dismantle criminal network activities in all regions of the Kingdom, in addition to reducing and preventing crime, protecting and assisting victims, and cooperation with national and international bodies to fight human trafficking crimes in all its forms.
Protecting workers ’rights The Ministry of Human Resources focuses on protecting workers’ rights and combating illegal exploitation through several basic axes, including control and inspection of establishments to ensure their commitment to labor regulations, and to protect workers ’rights by implementing systems such as protection of wages and documentation of contracts. The Ministry also launches awareness programs in several languages to educate workers about their rights and methods of reporting any exploitation, and organizes workshops and training courses for employers to educate them about the dangers of human trafficking.

The Public Prosecution said: “Anyone who is aware of the commission of a crime stipulated in the system of crimes of fighting trafficking in persons, or learning to start it even if he is responsible for the professional secret, or obtained information or instructions related to it directly or indirectly, and he did not immediately inform the competent authorities, he is punished with imprisonment for a period of up to two years, and a fine of up to 100 thousand riyals.”
When will the punishment be tightened?
Legal Adviser, Lawyer Abdulaziz bin Dabashi, told Okaz: The articles of the system of combating trafficking crimes of persons included all aspects, as it is prohibited to coercion, threat, defraud, deceive him or kidnap him, or exploit the job or influence, or abuse the authority of him, or exploit his weakness, or give money or advantages or receive them to obtain the approval of a person who has a control over another for another Sexual, forcibly work or service, begging, slavery or scent -like practices, enslavement, organism, or conducting medical experiments on it.
Anyone who committed the crime of trafficking in prison is punished for a period not exceeding 15 years, or with a fine not exceeding one million riyals, or together, and the punishment is tightened if the crime is committed by an organized criminal group, and if it is committed against a woman or one of the special needs, and if it is committed against a child even if the perpetrator is not aware that the victim is a child.
The penalties are also tightened if the perpetrator uses a weapon, or threatens to use it, and if the perpetrator is a husband of the victim or one of his assets, branches, or guardian, or if he has authority over him, and if the perpetrator is an employee of the employees of the enforcement of the systems, and if the perpetrator is more than one person, and if the crime is across the national borders, and from cases if it results in an eloquent harm to the victim.
Punishment affects the holder, the silent, and the seventh article of the system of combating trafficking crimes of persons, the punishment for everyone who is aware of the crime stipulated in this system, or learned of the initiation of it, even if it is responsible for the professional secret, or obtained information or instructions related to it directly or indirectly, and did not immediately inform the competent authorities, to imprisonment for a period not exceeding two years or a fine of 100 thousand riyals With them together, the competent court may exclude parents, children, couple, brothers and sisters from the provisions of this article.
A prison for a period not exceeding five years, or a fine not exceeding 200 thousand riyals, or together, is punished with imprisonment for a period not exceeding one of the crimes, or dispensing them, or hiding a person (or more) of those who participated in it, with the intention of helping him escape from justice with his knowledge of this, or contributed to hiding the crime features.
