The Court of Appeal, within a few days, determines the fate of the Blogger Dalia Fouad by setting her appeal session on the ruling of imprisoning her for a year on charges of taking narcotic substances, after her defense submitted a memorandum to appeal the ruling of her imprisonment.
The Cairo Criminal Court, held in the fifth assembly, headed by Counselor Ali Saqr, sentenced the Blaugger Dalia Fouad to be imprisoned for a year on the charge of drug use, while the court ruled that it was acquitted of the accusation of possession of a drug “GHB” anesthetic to the rape of girls.
Investigations revealed that the accused Blaugger had taken the hashish anesthetic after a positive eye was proven, and on her phone he found a picture of her next to Murad, a narcotic.
During the investigations, the accused denied her possession of narcotic drugs, confirming that she did not know the seized score inside her home, and she denied her knowledge of the second accused in the case.
The Ministry of Interior succeeded in controlling more than 180 liters of “the drug rape of girls” in the possession of a criminal component “with the nationality of one of the countries”, “and a content maker through social media” in Cairo, and the financial value of narcotic substances was estimated at approximately 145 million pounds.
