The lawyer Ashraf Abdel Aziz, the defense of the artist, Amr Diab, was resuming an appeal against the sentence of fining his client 200 pounds and paying his compensation 10 thousand pounds to the young Saad Osama on charges of assaulting him.
It is noteworthy that the prosecution referred Amr Diab to the Misdemeanor Court on charges of slapping a young man during a party inside a hotel, and the prosecution also referred the young man on charges of assaulting the artist Amr Diab.
