At the conclusion of the statement, the local writing of the Justice and Development Party called on the Pomosi Council of the Collective Council to submit its resignation because of its clear inability to perform its duties in accordance with the Organizational Law No. 113.14, noting that this deficit has become a burden on local development and the comfort of citizens.
The local writing affirmed its continuation in performing its legal and constitutional tasks to defend the rights of citizens, calling for an urgent move from all concerned parties to overcome the current situation and achieve a tangible development in the group’s services and infrastructure.
In his comment, Hamid Rabbani, head of the collective council of the Had Bomousi group, stressed that the council and local authorities are following the progress of the project closely, noting that there are certain challenges that caused it to be stumbling; However, it falls outside the jurisdiction of the collective council.
Rabbani added, in a statement to the newspaper Hespress, that the council took many steps in this context; Including several meetings with regional authorities, with the aim of completing the project, which has stopped as a result of problems related to the first contract in charge of its implementation.
The head of the collective council of the Had Bomousi group confirmed that the works are proceeding naturally, and that most of the recent difficulties are due to the effects of rainfall.
