Prosecution: Crimes associated with arrest

Decision of Attorney General No. (110) dated 9/1/1446 AH to add paragraph No. (26) to His Excellency Decision No. (1) and dated 1/1/1442 AH to become the following text (all criminal descriptions related to metamphine vitamin (Shabu) is one of the great crimes that are for arrest. Or smuggling, bringing, receiving, scoring, receiving, buying, or transportation, if it is intended to use or use, in addition to the crime of attempting to manufacture the Shabu.

This decision comes in accordance with Article (112) of the system of criminal procedures amended by Royal Decree No. (M/125) dated 14/941/1441 AH, which stipulated that “the Attorney General specifies -after agreement with the Ministry of Interior and the Presidency of the State Security -what is one of the great crimes that are for arrest and is published in the Official Gazette.

In another context of the efforts made to combat drugs, what is stipulated in the forty -second article of the anti -drug and psychotropic anti -effect system, which is granted to the users of narcotic substances or mental effects the opportunity to treatment without legal accountability, by not filling the lawsuit against its users, its users or its addict; If he applies himself or one of his relatives, he intended to treat his treatment, conditional on the delivery of his narcotic substances or psychotropic substances, if any, or guidance to its place.
