A capsule in the law .. 5 cases in which it is permissible to deserve Egyptian citizenship

Obtaining Egyptian citizenship, a dream that many Egyptians who are born abroad as well as foreigners, but it is not easy and it must be issued by a decision of the Minister of Interior in accordance with legal standards set by the Egyptian Nationality Law, and set a number of conditions according to which you can obtain it easily, so Article 4 of the Egyptian Nationality Law stipulated a leave by a decision of the Minister of Interior granting Egyptian citizenship:

*For everyone who was born in Egypt for an Egyptian father, when he asked to naturalize Egyptian nationality after making his regular residence in Egypt, and that he is adults of adulthood when submitting the application.

*For everyone who belongs to the Egyptian origin, when he requested naturalization of Egyptian nationality after five years of making his normal residence in Egypt and was adult to adulthood when submitting the application.

*For every foreigner, he was born in Egypt for a foreigner father, who was also born in it if this foreigner belongs to the majority of the population in the country of his Arabic language or his religion, Islam, when he asked to naturalize within a year from the date of reaching the age of adulthood.

*For every foreigner, he was born in Egypt, and his normal residence was when he reached the age of adulthood, when he asked for a year of reaching the age of adulthood, naturalization of Egyptian nationality, and the conditions for entitlement were met.

*For every foreigner, he made his regular residence in Egypt for a period of ten consecutive years, at least for the submission of naturalization when he was adults, and the following conditions are met:

1- That the right mind is not with a disability that makes it dependent on society.

2- That the good conduct and the reputation should not be sentenced to a criminal punishment or a punishment restricted to freedom in a crime that violates honor unless he was rehabilitated.

3- To be familiar with the Arabic language.

4- To have a legitimate way to earn.
