The Minister of Transport and Logistics, Eng. Saleh bin Nasser Al -Jasser, stood on the readiness of the Haramain High Train to serve the guests of Rahman, Umrah pilgrims and visitors during the blessed month of Ramadan 1446 AH, accompanied by the CEO of Saudi Iron Airlines “Saar”, Dr. Bashar Al -Malik.

The Minister of Transport was briefed on the traffic operating movement and services provided to the guests of Rahman from pilgrims and visitors during the holy month of Ramadan, which is witnessing an increasing growth in the movement of travel and transportation, listening to the notes of passengers traveling, and losing operational performance at Al -Madinah Al -Munawwarah Station, and the overall operational operations, familiar with the development programs and modern services provided by the Haramain High Train to serve pilgrims, visitors and travelers.

During his field tour, he directed the intensification of efforts and the provision of the best services to travelers, pilgrims and visitors, leading to the ambitious targets of the national strategy for transport and logistical services.

“Saar” raised the operational energy of the Al -Haramain Express train during the holy month of Ramadan, as the number of flights during the season raised 3410 trips, an increase of more than 21% compared to the year 1445 AH, with the availability of about 1.6 million seats with an increase of 18% from last year, which enhances the absorptive capacity to keep pace with the great demand for the Al -Haramain Express Train during the holy month.
