He mentioned four university professors, signed the complaint-complaint, which Hespress reached a copy of it, addressing Minister Maydawi: “Despite our complaints and multiple correspondences on the matter, and despite the foundation of the Foundation’s scientific committee on February 13, 2024 to consider the file of scientific theft, fraud and fraud in the promotion files at the National School of Applied Sciences in Agadir, no one has been taken. A decision on the topic, ”expressing their regret, in this context, for“ their progress, again, with a complaint regarding covering up the file of the scientific theft of the National School of Applied Sciences in Agadir. ”
According to the complainant, “Failure to take any decision in this descending strikes in the depth the credibility of scientific research at the Moroccan University, and is devoted to normalization with corruption in higher education institutions,” warning the guardian minister that this “gives a very bad model for researchers,” as they put it.

The same document also invoked that “this unrelated silence,” according to its description, “encouraged the professor accused of the scientific theft to submit the complaint No. 2024/3101/2237 to the King’s Prosecutor at the Court of First Instance in Agadir, in which he accuses us of defamation and publishing false allegations and facts regarding his file related to the scientific theft; It is the complaint that the king’s agent kept because of the lack of proof, ”according to the four professors.
Mubarak Fadawi, one of the signers of the aforementioned complaint, a professor at the National School of Applied Sciences in Agadir, stressed, “The clinging to the necessity of knowing the fate of many correspondence and complaints in this long -term file, and if there is no scientific theft, it must also be announced, because this concerns the general researchers and professors and are still following the file fate.”
Fadawi added in an interview with Hespress: “Almost a year ago, no action was taken, neither centralized by the ministry nor by the university or the institution. We have no knowledge of the fate of investigating the file since the foundation of the Foundation’s scientific committee, ”adding:“ It is not possible to silence such scientific theft, and we remain clinging to the investigation and lack of procrastination, while deciding on the fate of what we wrote the ministry about it because it is mainly within it. ”
The newspaper Hespress tried to communicate with an official source in the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, to draw its opinion on the matter, but the phone of the official concerned continued to ring without answering.
It is noteworthy that directing professors at the National School of Applied Sciences in Agadir, affiliated with Ibn Zahr University, “a new complaint/correspondence” to the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, regarding what they considered “procrastination and delay in deciding and investigating the scientific theft file in the same school”, during the month of September 2024, prompted those concerned at the time to pass towards going through “escalation” protest forms, They went into a sit -in (on September 19, 2024) at the school headquarters.
