
Teams from the Secretariat of the Holy Capital today inspected the central area of Makkah and the areas surrounding the Grand Mosque to ensure the readiness of municipal facilities and services, as part of the continuous efforts to improve the level of services provided to the people of the Sacred House during the holy month of Ramadan.
This comes within the framework of continuing to follow up on multiple municipal services and facilities during these days and the coming days that witness a high intensity in the numbers of worshipers and pilgrims, follow -up of cleaning, maintenance and environmental sanitation, and ensure that municipal services are available with high efficiency, and to intensify control of markets and service facilities during this period and follow up on commitment to the requirements in order to preserve the provision of services with high quality, and to ensure comfort and safety Perceived the Grand Mosque and stand on field notes and direct them with their immediate processing to ensure the provision of services at the best level.
The Secretariat removed about 75,000 tons of waste during the first third of the blessed month of Ramadan, and the Secretariat imposed tight control over restaurants, cafeterias, bakeries, groceries and all shops related to food and health activities to ensure the safety of exhibits and products, and there is more than 30,000 commercial and food stores, all of which are under control and that are full of health requirements.
