A new postponement of the issue

The Criminal Chamber of the Court of Appeal in Casablanca was forced to postpone the trial of the accused in the case of caring cars with stones and eggs, due to the absence of some members of the defense committee.

The court decided to postpone the consideration of this case, which has media abandonment, until the 27th of this month, in light of the absence of some lawyers due to the climatic conditions that the country knows these days.

Lawyers present presenting stctors in order to enjoy the accused who descended from families known in Casablanca at the temporary release, due to the presence of all guarantees.

On Thursday, the defense recorded that these defendants enjoy all the legal and social guarantees that the court could determine.

The defense stressed that what justifies the enjoyment of his clients with temporary release, as they are still pursuing their studies in private foreign institutions, stressing that keeping them in the status of reserve detention leads to depriving them of the right to school and eliminates their future.

The members of the defense committee pointed out that the case is free of any damage, as no human or material damage was recorded during the defendants committing the criminal act, which can be followed up in the event of release.

On February 19, the police in Ain Al -Shaq security area arrested seven people suspected of involvement in a case related to stones and eggs and endangering the lives of the road users, at the level of one of the road clips on the outskirts of the city, after reaching a notice of the matter.
