Mbappe hesitated in joining the France national team on the pretext that he needed some time to harmony and adapt to Real Madrid, who moved to him after the end of his journey with the French club Paris Saint -Germain, in addition to his exit from a very bad experience in the Euro 2024 championship, which caused great pressure on the French striker, and coach Didier Deschen pushed him to exclude him in that period.
On the other hand, Dishan’s decision to exclude Mbappe was not only for technical reasons, but also this came in light of the difficult circumstances that the French striker went through. He had to deal with the repercussions of the investigation conducted by the Swedish authorities in the case of rape, after a night spent in a Swedish hotel on October 14, according to the French press. The Swedish Public Prosecution closed the case without mentioning the name of Mbappe, due to insufficient evidence, which allowed the striker to shine in the Real Madrid shirt and restore his best levels.
Mbappe missed important confrontations for the France team in the group stage of the European Championship, as he did not participate in the victory over the Zionist entity team (4-1), then Belgium (2-1), as well as in a negative tie with the Zionist entity team in the second confrontation, and finally in winning Italy with a score of (3-1), all in the group stage of the European Championship.
