The committee said that it has a report documenting Israel’s use of gender -based violence against the Palestinians, in addition to committing genocide through the systematic destruction of reproductive health care facilities, as part of broader efforts to undermine the right of the Palestinians to self -determination.

The committee clarified that these violations constitute a major element in the abuse of the Palestinians, a part of the illegal occupation and the persecution of the Palestinians as a group.
