At a time when Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu attacked the United Nations Human Rights Council and accused him of corruption, an independent investigation committee of the United Nations revealed today (Thursday) that the Israeli occupation committed a genocide and violations against Palestinians in all occupied territories since October 7, 2023.
During the general listening sessions in Geneva, the committee said: “The Israeli occupation army has a map of health facilities and their competencies, and it has been deliberately destroyed, stressing that it has evidence of the intentional launch of Israeli attacks on health institutions and facilities.”
The committee pointed out that the occupation army systematically destroyed sexual and reproductive health care facilities throughout Gaza, as well as a siege at the same time, and the prevention of humanitarian aid, including the provision of medicines and equipment needed to ensure the safety of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum care and newborns, indicating that any child born today in Gaza faces the risk of death, whether during breastfeeding or after he grows up, as well as the suffering of children from the suffering of children Healthy dilemmas as a result of water pollution, cold and hunger.
The committee stated that Palestinian prisoners are being assaulted physically and psychologically insulting their dignity, and they are prevented from communicating their voices to punish the perpetrators of crimes against them and ensure that they are not repeated, condemning the ignorance and denial of the international community for the violations of the Palestinians.
The committee said that it has a report documenting Israel’s use of gender -based violence against the Palestinians, in addition to committing genocide through the systematic destruction of reproductive health care facilities, as part of broader efforts to undermine the right of the Palestinians to self -determination.

The committee clarified that these violations constitute a major element in the abuse of the Palestinians, a part of the illegal occupation and the persecution of the Palestinians as a group.
The head of the United Nations Committee, Navi Billay, said that the statements and procedures for Israeli leaders, and the lack of effectiveness of the military judiciary system in the trial of cases and the condemnation of the perpetrators, sends a clear message to members of the Israeli security forces that they can continue to commit such actions without fear of accountability, stressing that accountability through the International Criminal Court and National Courts, through its local laws or the practice of the global judicial jurisdiction, is an issue Essential to ensure the rule of law and achieve justice for victims.
