In interaction with the Ministry of National Education, First Education and Sports ending the tasks of regional directors with both Dakhla, Elayen, Kalimim, Khenifra, Khouribga, Azilal, Al-Nador, Al-Tash-Anjar, Al-Madiq, Sidi Suleiman, Al-Youssoufia, Putman, Al-Rashidiya, Ouarzazate, Safi and Tetouan, the regional director in Khouribga published a post in which he doubts the reasons for ending the tasks announced.
Mohamed Ajoud, the regional director of the Ministry of National Education, First Education and Sports in Khouribga, whose name was mentioned within the list of directors whose ministry ended, said that “the Ministry of National Education’s communication contains many fallacies,” explaining that “the assessments that were conducted by Khouribga district are the first ranks at the national level.”
The Ministry of National Education, Primary Education and Sports had indicated, in a communication, that it had “conducted the transfer of 07 regional directors and ended the tasks of 16 regional directors, with the opening door to fill the position of regional director with 27 regional directorates, including 11 vacant positions.”
The same communication explained that “this process comes in activation of the results of the process of evaluating the educational and management performance of regional directors and managers, and their ability to contribute to the download of reform programs and achieve its goals, as this process, which took place in a framework of transparency and linking responsibility to accountability, continues to promote and develop the performance of regional directorates.”
In response to “the results of the process of evaluating the educational and management performance”, and “the ability to contribute to the download of reform programs”, Mohamed Ajid confirmed, through a post published in his personal account on the social networking site “Facebook”, immediately after his exemption from his duties, that “the directors of Khouribga and Khanefra are the only two regions that occupied the first place, and therefore within the” Green “directorates.
Regarding the Ministry of National Education’s indication that “this process was carried out in a framework of transparency and linking responsibility to accountability, and in coordination with the regional academies of education and training,” said the regional director exempt from the management of the educational affairs in Khouribga region: “We have never visited us committees from the General Inspectorate or the Central Unit to support reform, and perhaps must search for other justifications to end the tasks.”
