Al -Hussein Al -Zaz, the headmaster of the National University of Bakeries and Sweets said: “Despite all the dialogue sessions that we held with the relevant government sectors, headed by the Ministry of Agriculture, Maritime Fishing, Rural Development, Water and Forests, we have not yet reached the stage of signing the contractual program for the rehabilitation and development of this sector; This is something that should not continue. ”
Al -Zaz said, in a statement to Hespress, that “the last conversation with the professionals with government sectors on this issue was almost during the month of October; At that time, we received the approaches of the signing of the sector’s contractual program, while no application appeared to these reassurances and promises.
The same spokesman also mentioned that “the professionals understand that government parties have been busy during the past months with files related to the economic and social aspect of the Kingdom. However, this should not be at the expense of this sector, which in turn seeks to touch the development, as it remains one of the sectors that must change radically during the coming years, and as long as the country will host important demonstrations.
He added: “These professionals are also dependent on the aforementioned contractual program to defeat the randomness and identify the real professionals, and accurately, instead of leaving things as they are during the current time; And that is after the level of the professionals of bread preparation randomly increased and in improper conditions; Although there is a previous patrol of the Minister of Interior on the subject, which is not worked on by the authorities in charge of monitoring.
The same source indicated that “we have not yet been invited as professionals to the stage of signing the contractual program mentioned by the government agency, although we had previously discussed its contents and agreeing about it; Today we are close to completing the first quarter of the current year and without new on this issue.
The number of cities of the Kingdom, until the current month of Ramadan, is witnessing the spread of non -structured and specialized stores in the production of bread, as well as the continuation of the activity of its sale randomly at the street level; They are the manifestations that the professionals aspired, from the gate of the aforementioned contractual program, to “cutting with it, by expanding the scope of structure.”
