Al -Arabi Al -Jadeed, the Palestinian Hilal Al -Quds club striker, Marwan Al -Trabin (27 years old), and had a dialogue with him, in light of his participation alongside a number of his fellow professional players in one of the local championships in the blessed month of Ramadan, and asked him about the reasons for his participation in that competition, and how he is preparing to return to football fields again.
How Marwan defines the same al -Trabin to the Arab public?
I am Marwan Al -Trabin, from the Gaza Strip, specifically from the city of Khan Yunis. Because of the current situation, here I am playing in one of the Ramadan championships, and I joined the Hilal Al -Quds Club, two years ago, and I got with him the Palestinian Professional League, which I hope will return as it was and better.
How did you spend the past 22 months away from football fields?
The past two years were one of the most difficult years of our march, as before them was almost completely stopped, in the shadow of the Corona virus, but the difference is that “loss” at the time was less than it was in the war period, and I spent these two years out of the scope, mentally, at the personal level, as I was busy with the family, loved ones and friends in the Gaza Strip, in Jenin, in Tulkarm, and throughout Palestine. She participated with the Hilal Al -Quds in the Asian Challenge League, during that period as well, and we spent three months that changed us a little, but we went back again to stop.
What did you do away from football fields?
Currently, in light of the temporary truce and the bombing of the bombing, I can say that this is the most important thing in our lives, and with regard to life without professional football, we spend our day unusual, away from the stadiums and the ball, but as Palestinian players try to compensate for this by participating in popular championships, and we continue to train within the sports hall, as well as allocating an important period to see loved ones and friends.
Ramadan tournaments are not for professionals .. Why do you participate in it?
-Ramadan championships in the month of goodness and blessing were always championships to collect loved ones in Palestine, and on the personal level, I have never been cut off from playing football in this month, even if it was far from the family in the Gaza Strip. In the West Bank, we are also among our people, and I see that the popular championships bring people together and bring them closer, and although they are not similar to the professional championships that I was participating in, but at least make us come out of the atmosphere of the war in which we live.
What do you think in the near future if the championships continue to stop?
At the present time, the war will completely calm down, in order to reassure our people and our loved ones, and we hope that the Palestinian league will return, because football is our life, and it is a source of livelihood for us, and I, for example, came from the Gaza Strip to the West Bank to practice the ball professionally, and to have a special work through the football game .. I hope that the professional league will return at the earliest time, and that God will deliver our people in the Gaza Strip in the West Bank.
Who accompanied you from your teammates in the championship you participate in?
-In the war period, when we were going out together, the players Basil Al -Ashqar (Al -Amari Center), Abdul Latif Al -Badari (formerly the leader of the Palestine team), Yahya Al -Sabakhi (Youth of Al -Sama), Iyad Abu Gharaqwar (Al -Amari Center), Hazem Abu Shanab (Al -Amari Center), Moataz Al -Hourani (Islami Qalqilya), Talal Jundi (Al -Amari Center) Football, and when my teammate Al -Badari learned of the presence of a Ramadan championship, we decided to participate in it with the aim of entertaining, changing the atmosphere, and preparing for the future, and here we are living a good atmosphere.
