Resolution: The “strike law” is a constitutional

The Constitutional Court stated, as part of a decision on yesterday, Wednesday, that regulatory law No. 97.15, related to determining the conditions and modalities of the right to strike, is not in violation of the constitution, “taking into account the observations related to Articles 1, 5 and 12” mentioned in the same decision.

The court also ordered, within the same document, to inform a copy of its decision to the Prime Minister, and to publish it in the Official Gazette.
