The Kremlin announced today, Thursday, that American negotiators are on their way to Russia, where Washington plans to present its 30 -day ceasefire plan in Ukraine.
“The negotiators will come by air, and talks are scheduled.”
The same source added that Russian assistant President Yuri Oshkov spoke on Wednesday, with US National Security Adviser Mike Waltz.
