The citizens of Tangier live on the rhythm of the anticipation regarding the future of health services provided by health centers in different neighborhoods and regions, after they strongly promoted news about the preparation to start extracting the performance of citizens in exchange for any service they received at the level of these institutions historically linked to free.
According to professional sources from health centers that the electronic newspaper Hespress spoke, these centers live in the rhythm of unusual moves that pave the way for something in the future, as it confirmed that the matter is related to preparing them with a new program “suggested its use in extracting performance in the future.”
The reports of these news sparked a state of fear among citizens from fragile groups, who wrote to these facilities in order to benefit from medical advice, obtain a free medicine, or a medical examination of a student or a small child, especially since the popular news indicates that any service, no matter how simple, will be in return.
An official source in the health sector at the level of Tangier -Tetouan Al -Hoceima, who did not want to be named, assured the electronic newspaper Hespress that the news of the circulating is not valid, stressing that the health services provided by health centers “are free and have not changed.”
The same source added, explaining about the digital program that was installed on a main computer in each health center, that it aims to “digitize and record any medical service provided and the beneficiary; With the aim of providing an accurate database of each patient.
The same spokesman stressed that the free continues “in everything”, while the new digital program is a “tool that provides the ability to register any service and any vaccination that has been used at this level.”
