Renewing a driver’s imprisonment for hitting a woman due to a dispute over the location of the flight

The opposition judge in the New Cairo Court decided to renew the imprisonment of a smart car driver, 15 days pending the investigation, on charges of hitting a woman due to a verbal argument at the location of the flight.

The efforts of the Ministry of Interior’s agencies revealed to uncover the circumstances of what was circulated on social media, which includes the complaint of a woman from a car driver of a “smart transport companies” for assaulting her by beating and causing her injury.

With the examination, it was found that the security services of the Cairo Security Directorate (one of the women with bruises in the abdomen and the face ” – residing in the Department of the First Assembly Police Department) was informed that if she independently of the car referred to and her mother was accompanied to deliver them to one of the areas in the department’s department, a verbal argument occurred between her and the driver because of their difference in the location of the trip, after which the driver was struck by beating and causing her injury.

After the codification of the procedures, the driver was seized residing in the Al -Nuzha Police Department, and in his confrontation, he confessed to committing the incident as indicated.
