Najm Abdulkarim 
After transferring the colors of life in his works, after its reduction in his taste, the media and plastic artist Samir Al -Daham left in December 2024, and the media scene and plastic art were saddened by the departure of one of the pioneers of plastic art in the Kingdom, as Al -Daham is one of the generation of plastic artists who were discipled by the generation of founders of art in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Al -Daham left, leaving behind a great artistic heritage and cultural efforts and a good memory in the hearts of his fans. And the fatigue is a Saudi and media plastic artist, born in Jubail Governorate in 1374 AH (1955). He died in Cairo 2024, as a result of his suffering from the disease (a stroke in the brain) and is considered the owner of a distinguished media and artistic experience. 1421 AH, and he also worked as editor -in -chief of the “Arts” magazine issued by the Saudi Arabian Society for Culture and Arts. His painting, “popular neighborhood”, won the second prize from the Ministry of Culture and Information at the Exhibition of Contemporary Saudi Art 1427 AH, and he was chosen one of his works to be shown in the building of the Great Visitor Hall at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh 1988, which is a woven plate of carpets with a size of seven meters at a height of two meters.
The book “Colors in the Life Panel” was written by his son Khaled, in which he dealt with the march of Samir Al -Daham and his artistic and media history for 45 years.
