On behalf of the adviser to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Prince of Makkah Al -Mukarramah Region, Prince Khalid bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Governor of the region, Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz, witnessed the ceremony of the “Night of the Pure Jude Makkah”, in the presence of the Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majid Al -Hogail, and a number of princes and a group of officials and senior donors in the region.
The Deputy Prince of Mecca expressed his thanks to businessmen and senior donors in the region for their support; Which resulted in donating 150 million riyals, to achieve the goals of the campaign aimed at providing housing units for the beneficiaries in the Makkah region during Ramadan.
The ceremony witnessed a visual presentation on the housing status, and an introductory offer on the campaign of generosity, then opened the donations, bringing the total donations to 150 million riyals.
The Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Majed Al -Hogail Housing Foundation, thanked and appreciated Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz, and the senior donors for the holders of the areas of the regions, which will contribute to their support in providing more than 4000 housing units for the due groups.
He added, that the “Jude areas” campaign reflects the leadership’s commitment to enabling the categories due to obtain the appropriate housing, stressing that the integration of efforts between government agencies and senior donors enhances housing sustainability and supports the march of social development in the Kingdom.
For his part, the Secretary -General of the National Development Housing Corporation, Abdulaziz Al -Kreidis, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Deputy Governor of Makkah Al -Mukarramah Region for his patronage and continuous support for development initiatives, which enhance housing stability for the owed groups, and to the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of a housing institution for his relentless efforts in supporting development housing programs, and supporting his initiatives. Housing »that resulted in the achievement of the tangible impact on the lives of many beneficiaries, and that the target of the development housing sector is to provide 2299 housing units in the region.
The “Jude areas” campaign is one of the leading initiatives that enhance the culture of giving, and contributes to achieving residential stability of the entitled groups, achieving in its first version a tangible impact in various regions of the Kingdom, which strengthened its continuation in its second edition to expand the scope of support and increase the number of beneficiaries.
On the other hand, the Deputy Governor of Makkah Al -Mukarramah Region visited the Markaz Al -Balad, which is implemented by the Secretariat of the Holy Capital as part of the enrichment initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of life in Makkah Al -Mukarramah and enriching the experience of its visitors during the holy month of Ramadan.
And it toured the Makazaz, as he saw the Dome Hall; Which is the largest hall that brings together investors, entrepreneurs and intellectuals, and he visited the corners of handicrafts that come in conjunction with the year of handicrafts 2025 AD, and reviewed the Museum of Umm Al -Qura University, which includes rare heritage pieces offered for the first time.
