The Jazan region is one of the unique tourist destinations because of its beaches and stunning islands, as well as its wilderness with a dense and varied vegetation and its tall mountains in green and its current valleys throughout the year.
From Al -Reith Governorate, which is about 150 km north of Jizan, Wadi is highlighted as a shrine that visitors from inside and outside the Kingdom go to, where it is located in the eastern part of Jabal Al -Qahr, which in itself is a tourist destination for tourism, adventure lovers, mountain explorers and archaeologists because of the ancient life evidence and archaeological inscriptions dating back for thousands of years.
The valley is also one of the most important tourist sites and destinations, the most prominent and most famous of which is in the Jazan region, where access is easy and witnesses heavy demand throughout the year. To visit the valley and enjoy its scenic views and its wonderful nature, the place is reached through a corridor from the eastern side of Jabal Al -Qahr, and after 3 kilometers, the corridor can expose the valley to reveal flowing waterfalls, fresh, scattered ponds, palm trees, and its gardens hanging on its sides in a wonderful view that captivates the beholder.
The valley extends to the form of a groove or a refractive rift at the eastern end of Jabal al -Qahr with a length of approximately 11 km, heading from north to south to meet this rift after three kilometers with another rift that extends for a distance of 2 km.
The valley is currently witnessing development projects after it was chosen to be a geological park among 13 sites in various parts of the Kingdom, which was chosen to be among the global geological parks, which enhances sustainable environmental development and contributes to achieving the targets of Saudi Green Initiative.
