The Ministry of Commerce was famous for a Saudi citizen and a Syrian resident, who were issued against them a judicial ruling that condemned them for the crime of covering up the activity of decorations and preparing the exhibitions in Riyadh.
The citizen’s involvement in covering up the resident was proven by enabling him to practice a commercial activity without obtaining a foreign investment license, enabling him to work for his own account, collecting the revenues of illegal activity and transferring funds outside the Kingdom.
And he seized the cover -up in the possession of a legitimate business contract and signed bonds of it, and the bank account cards belonging to the institution, which confirms that the tools of disposal in the facility are absolutely and dismissed by the owner’s behavior.
