The wife deserves alimony in the law in exchange for the right of retention of the husband to her, and the alimony due to the wife includes food, housing, clothing and expenses of treatment, and the expense of the young for their father until they reach the legal age to take care of themselves, after it is proven that he is able to pay what is ruled by him, and if the husband refrains from paying these expenses, the wife has the right to pursue him by imprisonment according to the law.
During the following lines, we monitor the penalty for not implementing the judicial rulings at expenditures, after the detectives arrested the former player Ibrahim Saeed, and to edit a report of the incident, against a background in implementation of a final ruling issued by the Family Court in Cairo, by obligating him to pay the expense of his son after his pursuit at the hands of his previous ex -wife.
The wife’s alimony debt is a privilege over all the husband’s money, and in his rank on other debts of the husband.
The ruling is issued to imprison the husband if he fails to pay the alimony on conditions in accordance with Article 76 bis of Law 1 of 2000 added by Law 91 of 2000.

-The third article of Law No. 97 of 1992 gave the authority to view these secret accounts or give data in it, through the public prosecutor, and evidence of the occurrence of a felony or misdemeanor-the non-payment-must be available by the account owner, that the permission of a report in the dhimma due to the reservation of a site, and the permission of the court is issued in a counseling room within 3 days of submitting it and after hearing the prosecution.
-The law permitted an increase or reduction in value in accordance with the economic conditions, as well as the conditions of alimony and the conditions of alimony imposed in its favor.
-Law No. 6 of 2020 specifies some provisions of the Penal Code issued by Law No. 58 of 1937, a penalty against the husband in the event of evading the payment of alimony obligated by it based on an enforceable judicial ruling.
-Article 293 states that everyone who was issued a judicial ruling is enforceable to pay an expense for his wife, relatives, or in -laws, nursery fee, breastfeeding, or residence, and refrained from paying with his ability for a period of three months, after alerting him to pay, he is punished with imprisonment for a period not exceeding one year and a fine not exceeding five hundred pounds or one of these two penalties.
-The lawsuit will not be filed except on the basis of a complaint or a request from the concerned person, and if after the ruling is filed a second case for this crime, his penalty will be imprisonment for a period not exceeding one year.
-The ruling issued by the conviction arises related to the benefit of the convict from the services to be obtained on the occasion of his practice of his professional activity, which are provided by government agencies and public bodies, public sector units and the public business sector, and the bodies that perform public facilities services, until his performance is what frozen in his possession in favor of the convict and Nasser Social Bank according to the conditions.
