The Human Resources Development Fund supports 268 certificates in several specific areas and various specialties in the business sectors, within the product of supporting professional professional certificates, which comes in response to the requirements of the labor market, and providing national forces with new knowledge and professional skills that contribute to enhancing the productivity of the labor market. The number of beneficiaries of the product last year reached 13,065 citizens and citizens, and the volume of financial compensation for the beneficiaries reached about 114.4 million riyals.
The product of supporting professional certificates is integrated with other fund’s programs in raising the efficiency of national forces, spreading the concept of professional training in accordance with international standards, increasing competitiveness between individuals for professional specialization and development, and creating job opportunities through development and replacement. The fund requires to benefit from the product’s support, for the individual to obtain an approved professional certificate, in the list of certificates available on the program’s website, and a declaration not to pay the costs of obtaining it by the employer if the applicant is an employee.
