Zagazig’s appellate crimes support the punishment of the accused of killing a child in Belbeis by death

The Zagazig Criminal Court, and unanimously, ruled the opinions of its members, to support the first degree of the death sentence to death by hanging; Accusing him of killing a child after his kidnapping and assaulting him at the Belbeis Center.

The decision was issued under the chairmanship of Counselor Sami Abdel Halim Ghoneim, President of the Court, membership of Counselors Hamdi Ali Tolba, Walid Mohamed Mahdi, Hazem Bashir Abdel Aal, Secretariat Sami Samir and Ahmed Al -Banna.

The events of case No. 24582 of 2023 felonies of the Belbeis Center, bound No. 3999 of 2023 Klee, south of Zagazig, on July 6 of 2023, when the Public Prosecution decided to refer the accused, Ibrahim Ala, 39, residing in the Belbeis Center, for the criminal trial of the Zagazig Criminal Court; On accusing him of kidnapping and killing the victim, “Fahd Ahmed”, 6 years, after assaulting him.

It was stated in the referral order that the accused intentionally killed the victim, without precedent and not monitoring, that he muttered his breath with his hand until he died, intending to kill him as indicated in the investigations.

The referral order explained that the accused, in the same place and time, has advanced his crime that he kidnapped the child the victim by luring him to the place of committing his crime with a air bike, deluding him with a hiking with him, and he was able to remove him from the eyes of his relatives and assaulted him as indicated in the investigations.
