An uncontrolled ox escaped from its owner and ran through the streets of the city of Jaraguá, in Goiás. The large animal knocked down the owner who was trying to mount it and ran down the street. He even knocked down some motorcycles outside a supermarket while being chased by the owner.
The case occurred last Saturday (16). According to the military police, the owners of the affected motorcycles confronted the owner of the animal, asking him if he would bear the damage caused. There was a disturbance and the police were called.
Upon arriving at the scene, the soldiers were disrespected by the owner of the ox, who ended up being arrested. He was released after paying bail of 3,000 reais and will face charges of damage to property, contempt, disobedience and resisting arrest.
