An alleged bomb forced the administration of the Goiânia airport to close the check-in area and board passengers in an improvised place. According to preliminary information, the suspicious object was located in the men’s bathroom on Friday morning (11/15).
In a note sent to Metrópoles, the administration reported that it “followed all security protocols” and that it also “immediately activated the competent security forces.”
The column discovered that it was a shipment of pesticides. The person responsible for the merchandise was located at the São Paulo International Airport, in Guarulhos (SP).
